Ringkasan
'Scent of A Woman' adalah sebuah drama komedi romantis yang menggambarkan kehidupan seorang wanita yang usianya di pertengahan 30-an, yang bekerja sebagai seorang pegawai tingkat rendah di sebuah perusahaan travel agency. Lee Yeon Jae (Kim Sun Ah), sering ditugaskan untuk melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan kasar bahkan tidak jarang mendapatkan perlakuan pelecehan seksual oleh bosnya, karena takut dipecat. Setelah menghabiskan sepuluh tahun bekerja di sana, dia dituduh mencuri cincin salah seorang kliennya. Saat dia berusaha membuktikan jika dirinya tidak bersalah, dia justru mendapati jika dirinya didiagnosis menderita kanker kantung empedu stadium lanjut, dan diperkirakan usianya hanya tersisa enam bulan lagi. Dia berusaha mengumpulkan semangat hidupnya kembali dengan berhenti bekerja dan mengisi sisa hidupnya yang tersisa enam bulan lagi.
Dia memulainya dengan berlibur sendiri, berbelanja baju-baju bagus dan melakukan penerbangan first-class ke Okinawa, Jepang, dimana dia bertemu dengan laki-laki impiannya, Kang Ji Wook (Lee Dong Wook), anak dari bekas bosnya, Ji Wook adalah pria muda generasi kedua chaebol (konglomerat), yang tentu saja kaya raya, namun selalu bersikap sinis dan tidak bergairah dalam menghadapi hidup, sampai akhirnya pandangannya berubah ketika bertemu dan jatuh cinta dengan Yeon Jae. Tanpa disengaja mereka bertemu di Okinawa dan terlibat berbagai kejadian yang menumbuhkan benih-benih cinta diantara mereka. Dalam deraan keputusasaan atas segala yang terjadi dalam hidupnya, Yeon Jae berusaha bangkit dan melanjutkan hidup. Menjalani serangkaian proses pengobatan, membahagiakan diri sendiri dan orang-orang yang dicintainya, serta mewujudkan keinginan-keinginannya yang ditulisnya dalam sebuah Bucket List, yang berisi "20 Things To Do Before I Die".
Di episode terakhir, Yeon Jae berhasil mewujudkan semua keinginannya yang dituliskan dalam Bucket List.
Lee Yeon Jae berusaha mewujudkan impian-impiannya, yang dituliskannya dalam sebuah Bucket List yang berisi "20 Things To Do Before I Die"... Dia masih bisa menikmati kehidupan setelah tujuh bulan lewat dua hari, dan hidup bahagia bersama Ji Wook. Mereka tidak menyerah pada harapan. Kang Ji Wook asks her, “If you’re not sick, will you happy?” Eun Jae smiles, “If I am not sick, I won’t meet you, and I will continue day dream and live carefully, but now I am happy.” They even add more items to the Bucket List. At the end of the drama, Eun Jae’s voice speaks, “Even though I don’t know I can still live for how long, but as long as I live today, it’s enough if I have no regret at the current moment...”

"Scent of a Woman" Kim Seon-ah and Lee Dong-wook 'tango'
SBS weekend drama "Scent of a Woman" will air Lee Dong-wook and Kim Seon-ah doing the tango.
According to production A Story on the 5th, Kim Seon-ah and Lee Dong-wook will dance the tango and draw sweet romance.
This dance is a traditional Argentite tango and unlike the previous show type, it needs a professional touch. This dance will be voluptuous and full of feeling.
Lee Dong-wook is trying this out for the first time and he has been training hard with a personal trainer.
He has received special lessons from Argentina tango dancer Jorge Kaufman who made a special appearance in the second episode of the drama.
Jorge has been dancing the tango for more than 30 years and is a champion with several awards. Thanks to the firm basics Lee Dong-wook learnt from him, he displays flexibility and speed, lead by Kim Seon-ah, surprising everyone on set.
The production says, "The tango in the drama should be able to convey the feeling in your homes through the television. You can definitely look forward to our actors dancing the tango and the romance that will follow it".

Leading male character Lee Dong-wook of SBS weekend drama "Scent of a Woman" revealed his firm abs during a shoot in Okinawa, Japan.
He displayed manliness on the beaches of Okinawa, his copper tanned skin, sexy pubis muscles and firm abs. This is a totally different look from before he joined the army when he was called the 'milk prince' because of his fair skin.
To play the role of plutocrat Ji-wook, it turns out Lee Dong-wook controlled his diet and worked out, losing 4 kg. To maintain his perfect image, he exercised regularly even between his tight schedules and ate chicken breasts, vegetables and sweet potatoes for every meal.
His management said, "He built his body through diet control and the help of a weight trainer. It's his official meeting with the viewers so he has great determination. You can look forward to an all new Lee Dong-wook".
Meanwhile, "Scent of a Woman" is a romantic comedy about a woman Kim Seon-ah who is sentenced to a time-limited life and Lee Dong-wook who is rich but has no pleasures in life.

The chemistry between these two is so physical and sexual that it sometimes feel as if Wookie would bore holes into SunAh’s face whenever he looks at her or that Wookie’s abs would be erased because of how much SunAh manhandles him.

Aside from the constant togetherness, this is the primary reason why actors fall for co-actors because sometimes the lines blur between fiction and reality and that’s when you have the probability that it can translate into real life action.
Even in that presscon interview, their initial impressions of each other are as follows:
Wookie: I was surprised coz she’s so beautiful and she really has a very beautiful body.
SunAh: He’s good looking and cute and i think he has a very nice body.
Not that they have said they really like each other and that they are now dating and later on would get married but they are just so taken with each other physically and isn't that the most basic foundation of any relationship?
Somehow knowing that, there is a teeny, weeny bit of desire and hope for them to take that attraction by the horns and work on it so that it could develop into something more.
Let’s face it, if you’re physically attracted to a person it would just end up in either of 3 ways and actors are no different:
1. You have a fling or a dalliance which ends in a one night stand and voila! Itch scratched, curiosity over.
2. You work on that attraction, flirt continuously and in the process learn more about the person and that’s when you feel the urge to bring the attraction to a whole new level because your connection had already gone beyond that of just being physical.
3. You enjoy the moment, flirt continuously and then say goodbye when it’s time to say goodbye cooly.
Obviously, in this case, us shippers can only wish that the second scenario would come true.
